Location: 1401 West Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771
Fulltime direct hire with benefits
Full Time - 10hr Days shift On Call Weekend rotations
Hours: 4 10's; Start times vary; On Call - 9 or 10 times in the month weekdays and 1-2 weekend rotation
Job Summary and Qualifications :
- We are seeking a Diagnostic Imaging RN PRN to join our team. Your primary function is to care for patients preparing for imaging and diagnostic procedures. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
- In this role you will:
- Administer moderate sedation for CT guided biopsies, drains, etc
- Operate Cardiac CTA- administer Nitroglycerin and Metoprolol
- Administer Glucagon to CT enterography
- Administer Lasix
- Place Foley Catheters
- Access Port-a-Cath and de-access with Heparin per protocol
- Start IV in difficult sticks
- Monitor outpatients who have pacemaker or defibrillator
Education:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
License/ Certifications:
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
- BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required
- ACLS-American Heart Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of hire
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Interventional Radiology Lab or critical care (ICU) experience required.
